• Proprietary automated evaluations (using Artificial Intelligence) for speaking and writing tasks

Disclaimer regarding AI Scoring: Any scores, band estimates, or CLB ratings provided by our AI assessment tools are purely for educational and practice purposes. They do not constitute official test results and are not guaranteed to align perfectly with the scores issued by Paragon Testing Enterprises or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Independent Platform Notice: Our services are for educational and preparation purposes only. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by CELPIP, Paragon Testing Enterprises, or IRCC.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Attempting to bypass, reverse engineer, or manipulate our AI scoring engines or any assessment algorithms
• Sharing answers, test content, or proprietary materials publicly or with other users outside of permitted study purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reproducing, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise exploiting our content without prior written permission

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Access to certain premium features (such as full mock exams, detailed performance analytics, or unlimited AI evaluations) requires the purchase of a subscription or one-time credit packages.

6. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users), including all underlying software, algorithms, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, mock test content, practice questions, study materials, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of Global Steps / Celpiponline.com and its licensors.

You may use the materials for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The term "CELPIP" is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises. Global Steps / Celpiponline.com is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Paragon Testing Enterprises or IRCC.

7. User Content and Feedback

If you submit any content, feedback, or communicate with us, you grant Global Steps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of improving our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement or conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• Specific results or test scores from using our materials
• That the content is completely accurate or up-to-date

While we strive to provide high-quality preparation materials, your actual CELPIP test results depend on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Steps / Celpiponline.com, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Your failure to achieve a desired score on the official CELPIP exam or failure to qualify for any immigration program
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback or scoring

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Steps / Celpiponline.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of this Agreement.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

13. Modifications to Service and Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We may also update this Agreement periodically.

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (for example, via email or a notice on our website).
